What to Expect: Your infrared sauna will be pre-heated and ready for your session when you arrive. You'll be in a private room. Our team members will provide instructions for use, answer any questions you might have, and set the sauna to your desired temperature, Clean towels will be provided. Choose a chromolight color for enhanced emotional well-being, connect your Bluetooth, or use our tablets to watch movies. Sauna Companion Option: Elevate your sauna experience with our "Sauna Companion" feature. Ideal for shared wellness journeys, it enhances relaxation and helps create lasting memories together. Select "Add Sauna Companion" at checkout for an additional fee. What to Wear: Wear clothing that is loose and comfortable or clothing optional. Red light therapy is most effective with maximum exposure to the therapeutic light. Eyer Wear: Goggles are not required but are provided for those that would like to use them. Goggles are recommended for those with light sensitive eyes, as this can cause eye strain. We advise against looking directly at the lights during your session, as this can cause eye strain. Your infrared session is up to 45 minutes. The red light therapy option lasts up to 30 minutes during your sauna session. Skincare Products: Detoxification is most effective when the skin can sweat. Red light is most effective when the therapeutic light can penetrate into the skin. Lotions and oils can create a barrier that can affect the results.
